You know you're desperate when…

Thank you Joe Wilson for standing up like a real man.  Its time more Republican politicians made a stand like you.

Immediately following Barry’s blubber-fest, George Stephanopoulos attacked your historic stand for sanity and reason by declaring that such an atrocious act had never before occurred.  So what!  Good for you for being the first, its been a long time coming… except, that in typical liberal fact checking style, George forgot a history book factoid most high school U.S. history students could have reminded him of.  Not only were you not the first congressman to cause a disturbance such as you did, you weren’t even the first congressman from South Carolina to do so.  The first beat a man nearly to death with a cane just before the U.S. was hurled into civil war.

While it is true that shouting ‘YOU LIE’ is not nearly as horrific as attacking a fellow congressman with a cane, the situation in our country is more dire now than it was then.  If this nation ‘conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal’ is to survive, then we must all make a stand against the monetary indiscretion, compulsive lying and infantile judgment of this liberal White House and Congress.

The liberals are down.  They are on the defensive, they are vulnerable, and they know it.  ObamaCare might be their Waterloo, but you are Pickett’s Charge.  In order to stem the tide they are desperate to shut you down before more follow your bold lead, and  so now they have turned all their artillery on you in a last attempt to stop the inevitable.  Don’t let them.

The vote on an official congressional rebuke is their method of helping you defeat yourself.  If you take their terms and surrender an apology before hand you will have lost the war without even trying to fight.  Let them make good on their threat.  Let them rebuke you.  And when the time comes for you to make an apology go Live on national TV and state that YOU Joe Wilson will not apologize to congress for correctly correcting the President who has since admitted that his bill would have given illegals coverage because it did not require proof of citizenship, nor will you capitulate to the terms of a hypocritical liberal who spent years holding press conferences calling Bush a liar.  You were right but rude.  You were in fact rudely right, although it is easy to be right when you are debating an individual who hasn’t read the bill of which he purports to have a genius knowledge.  You apologized for the rudeness to the person who has since acknowledged your rightness.  You owe Congress nothing.
